Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures.

As Kitchen Manager you will supervise production, enforce policies, monitor ticket times, coach staff, conduct performance evaluations, and mentor hourly employees.

Qualifications

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times.
• Manage Back of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Assist development of key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones.
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and kitchen safety responsibilities.
• Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Back of House operations including purchasing, receiving, and presenting food.
• Set hours, delegate tasks, and direct work before, during, and after open hours.
• Train Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Review applications and hire or recommend hiring Back of House staff.
