Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a rockstar Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  • Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times
  • Managing performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Developing key employees through feedback and training
  • Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper handling and storage of items
  • Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs
  • Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
  • Participating in hiring processes for Back of House employees
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values
