As a Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising food production and preparation in line with recipes and procedures.
  2. Ensuring compliance with employment policies, restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  3. Monitoring food ticket times for efficiency.
  4. Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Developing key employees through feedback and training.
  6. Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper food handling procedures.
  7. Managing food costs, waste, and labor expenses.
  8. Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff.
  9. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  10. Participating in hiring processes for Back of House employees.
  11. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals.
