Pay

$60,000 - $70,000

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities
  • Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety at all times
  • Managing food ticket times to ensure efficiency
  • Managing performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Developing key employees through feedback and training
  • Conducting inventory, safety, and quality checks
  • Handling food safety, storage, and maintenance
  • Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs
  • Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Participating in hiring processes
  • Creating a positive work environment aligned with company values
