We are seeking a legendary Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily back-of-house operations, including ordering, receiving, food preparation, and presentation. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch Legendary Food, apply today!

Responsibilities of the Assistant Kitchen Manager
  • Supervise and oversee food production
  • Enforce employment policies in collaboration with management
  • Monitor tickets and manage pace during peak hours
  • Manage restaurant staff through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking as needed
  • Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
  • Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
  • Manage inventory and track waste under the direction of the Kitchen Manager
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance
  • Ensure consistency in food and service to increase sales
  • Practice safe food handling procedures
  • Ensure staff follow recipes and procedures
  • Create a safe environment and support staff development
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
  • Promote the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
