  • Creating & implementing food preparation schedules
  • Collaborating with the head or executive chef on new menu items
  • Motivating & mentoring your team to excel
  • Fostering a fun, positive, family-style work environment
  • Driving excellence with top ingredients, cleanliness, and high standards
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Mentoring and training hourly team members
  • Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to stay active and maintain a dynamic presence
