Pay
$60,000 - $70,000

We are seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, following recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager include:

  • Supervising food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment policies, restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  • Monitoring food ticket times for efficiency.
  • Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Supporting development of employees through feedback and coaching.
  • Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper handling of food items.
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  • Managing food costs, waste, and labor expenses.
  • Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff.
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  • Participating in hiring and application review.
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our values.
