Job Description
Lead and manage the efficient operation of our kitchen stewarding staff. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring product availability for all restaurant and banquet items, and directing proper sanitation and organization of kitchen facilities and equipment. Maintain a safe working environment for staff. Conduct daily meetings with kitchen steward and warewasher staff to discuss operational concerns, enforce standards, and foster teamwork and cleanliness among associates. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and adherence to organization and sanitation guidelines are essential.
