Job summary

Chick‑Fil‑A Everhart's Mission is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead fast-paced mornings and evenings in a high-energy Chick‑fil‑A restaurant. Roles include morning and night management, with Friday and Saturday availability and a focus on teamwork, leadership development, and customer service excellence.

Applicants should be organized, reliable, and capable of managing team performance, with ServSafe Manager Certification and bilingual English/Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience as shift lead or supervisor preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day high-volume operations.
• Train new hires and set shift tone.
• Lead shifts as a key holder and open/close.
• Maintain food safety, quality, cleanliness and kitchen systems.

Position Type:

• Full-time Monday-Saturday
• Kitchen Morning Manager 5:45am-3:30pm
• Kitchen Night Manager 3pm-11pm
• Must have Friday and Saturday availability

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, manager for a minimum of 1-3 years
• ServSafe Manager Certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
