Chick-fil-A in Texas is seeking a Manager to support senior leadership in daily operations and to coach and develop team members. This role focuses on ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong character, initiative, urgency, and a servant’s heart, with prior leadership on shifts and a commitment to operational excellence and Chick-fil-A's service culture.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.

• Count drawers and finalize day; ensure accurate cash handling.

Our Managers are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Manager’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Managers lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
