Job description

KM Compensation range is $55,000-$65,000/year + 10% bonus potential.

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will lead our high-volume, scratch kitchen, executing our inspired menu paired with Cooper’s Hawk wines. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure operational excellence and growth, coaching our team to deliver high-quality food and a first-class guest experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee 1-2 departments, including dish, prep, and/or line
  • Manage policies, systems, and collaboration between kitchen and front of house
  • Represent company values, foster a respectful environment
  • Participate in hiring, training, and coaching team members
  • Lead department meetings and maximize operational results
  • Assist in menu/system rollouts and private events
  • Manage inventory and financial results
  • Operate computer systems including POS, scheduling, and inventory software
  • Uphold food safety standards and maintain a professional image
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen, scratch kitchen preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency
  • Financial acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Certifications like ServSafe preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 10+ hours, and work 50-60 hours/week
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
