As a Kitchen Manager, you will lead a fast-paced, high-volume, scratch kitchen, overseeing culinary execution and partnering with the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure operational excellence and growth. You will coach and inspire team members to deliver high food quality and a first-class guest experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee 1-2 departments including dish, prep, and/or line.
  • Ensure policies are followed and manage operating systems.
  • Collaborate between kitchen and front of house.
  • Represent company values and foster a respectful work environment.
  • Manage people through hiring, training, and verifying standards.
  • Lead meetings, coach team members, and maximize operational results.
  • Assist with menu rollouts, private events, inventory, and system operations.
  • Maintain food safety standards and a professional image.
What You’ll Need
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably scratch kitchens.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred certifications: ServSafe, state/local licensing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long hours, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
