Job summary

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille in Lone Tree, Colorado is seeking a part-time Kitchen Line Cook for an on-site role. You will follow established recipes, prepare, cook and plate all food according to directions in a hygienic and timely manner, and maintain station cleanliness.

You will use all station equipment properly, handle raw produce and meats safely, and assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen and storage areas.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or kitchen line cook preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation specs accurately.
• Commitment to food safety and hygienic standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow established recipes, procedures, portion controls and presentation specifications.
• Use and maintain all station equipment properly.
• Prepare, cook and plate food according to directions in a hygienic and timely manner.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen and storage areas.

The Kitchen Line Cook position is about:

• Follow established recipes, procedures, portion controls and presentation specifications.
• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all station equipment.
• Prepare, cook and plate all food according to directions in a hygienic and timely manner.
• Perform basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant quality specifications and following proper hygiene and food handling standards.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
• Carry out additional responsibilities, although not detailed, that are requested by the Chefs or Managers at any time.
