Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team, coordinating with the Store Manager to run prepared foods and beverage areas efficiently while upholding food safety and inventory control.

You will coach Team Members, drive operations, and model Casey’s CARES values in a fast-paced store setting. A competitive compensation package includes quarterly bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence kitchen activities in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
