Job summary

Casey’s in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure food safety, manage inventory, and drive guest satisfaction. You will train and coach kitchen Team Members under the Store Manager’s guidance and collaborate to maximize productivity and profitability.

You’ll oversee both prepared foods and dispensed beverages, model Casey’s CARES values, and step in to perform Store Team Member duties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members to ensure success.

• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
