Job summary

Casey’s in Lamoni is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen and work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, and oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on food safety and inventory control.

You will ensure 5S standards, partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, and coach the team to maintain high standards of service while supporting Casey’s CARES values.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and train kitchen Team Members; coach for success.
• Oversee kitchen operations with focus on food safety and inventory control.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members while delegating tasks effectively.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
