Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You will supervise food preparation, train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, and maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen with functioning equipment.

You will promote teamwork, support a strong Crew dynamic, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and communicate it clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Maintain food quality, monitor inventory and waste.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders and support a strong team dynamic.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized and safe, and equipment is maintained.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
