Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats and sauté vegetables. You’ll ensure quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and well maintained, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

As a hands-on role, you’ll promote teamwork, deliver an exceptional customer experience, supervise Crew, help meet station goals, and pitch in to support teammates while staying on your feet and moving quickly throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food, grill meats and sauté vegetables to order.
• Ensure food quality and safety and keep the kitchen organized and stocked.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork between back and front of house and support customer experience.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness, and assist in meeting station goals.
• Follow MSDS, FIFO, and safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
