Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while ensuring delicious, high-quality meals. You will order food and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, promoting teamwork and an outstanding customer experience.

As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked, ensure safety, and support Crew in hitting station goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Maintain food quality and safety standards.
