Job summary

Responsibilities

• Learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders while promoting teamwork.
• Ensure food quality and safety, follow kitchen procedures, and keep equipment maintained.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked; monitor inventory and MSDS as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Oversee proper sanitation and safe operation of all kitchen areas.
