Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fishers, IN seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and saute vegetables. You will train Crew members to develop into future Kitchen Leaders while promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

You will ensure food quality, proper sanitation, inventory controls, and a safe, efficient kitchen. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and key to maintaining Chipotle’s standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Monitor waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and properly stocked; ensure equipment is maintained.
