Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to train and lead Crew in preparing high-quality food to order while maintaining safety and cleanliness. You will manage stock, support equipment upkeep, and serve as a role model for teammates in a fast-paced setting.

You will help develop Crew into future Kitchen Leaders, promote teamwork, and ensure a great customer experience through effective communication and efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to train others and develop Crew to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food by following Chipotle procedures.
• Ensure food safety and proper sanitation in the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory and uphold cleanliness and organization.
• Lead and mentor Crew members to develop into Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Maintain equipment in good repair and report issues promptly.
• Support a safe, injury-free kitchen by following guidelines.
