Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train others, supervise quality and safety, and promote teamwork to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership development and hands-on kitchen management. Core responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, inventory control, and ensuring procedures are followed while delivering fast, friendly service in a fast-casual setting.

Qualificações

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well maintained.
