Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Kitchen Leader to train and lead Crew, ensure delicious, safe food, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. You will order food, monitor inventory, and help Crew grow into future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll promote teamwork, support customer service excellence, and uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy while keeping equipment maintained and the kitchen compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures to ensure quality.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and properly stocked; maintain equipment.
