Responsibilities

• Following Chipotle’s policies and procedures while preparing food to order.
• Monitor food quality and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house team dynamics.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked; ensure proper equipment maintenance.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO as part of inventory processes.
