Chipotle Mexican Grill in Royersford, PA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring our food is delicious and served quickly. You will train Crew, maintain a clean, stocked kitchen, and uphold safety procedures to deliver a great guest experience.

As a Kitchen Leader you will promote teamwork, monitor stock and waste, and help develop Crew members into future Kitchen Leaders while upholding Chipotle’s standards and philosophy.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to speak, write and understand the local language(s).
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and well stocked; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Promote teamwork and deliver a great customer experience.
