Chipotle Mexican Grill group is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grill meats, and train future Kitchen Leaders. You will help ensure food quality, maintain a clean and stocked kitchen, and promote teamwork for a great customer experience.

You will lead by example, supervise Crew, and ensure safety and compliance while contributing to the company’s mission of serving better, responsibly sourced food.

Qualifikationen

• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Aufgaben

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and well stocked.
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment quickly.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO documentation.
