Responsibilities

• Following Chipotle’s policies to ensure food quality and safety.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders and promote teamwork.
• Order food and manage inventory; monitor waste and quality issues.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen sanitization and safety guidelines are followed.
• Assist in MSDS and FIFO processes.
