Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Ardmore, PA to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen, serving as a role model for Crew members and promoting teamwork to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include cooking to order, monitoring inventory, and maintaining equipment while coaching Crew to meet station goals.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food by following Chipotle procedures for cooking and prep.
• Ensure food quality and monitor inventory to reduce waste.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked, and maintain equipment.
