Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Trevose, PA is seeking a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen. You will train Crew members and help them become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will lead by example, promote teamwork, and deliver outstanding customer service. This on-site role requires hands-on cooking, strong communication, and dedication to Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop Crew members.
• Understand safety and food handling standards.
