Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Camby, IN. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, order supplies, and train others to become Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll help ensure quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and serve as a role model for Crew members. As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll promote teamwork, contribute to a positive customer experience, and support ongoing kitchen operations while keeping equipment in good repair and following

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and preparing to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked; equipment maintained.
