Chipotle Mexican Grill in South Bend, IN is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure high quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen, promoting teamwork and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll lead food prep per Chipotle standards, manage inventory, monitor equipment, and mentor Crew members as they grow into leadership roles.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is kept in good repair.
