Responsibilities

• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Lead and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure food quality and safety.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked kitchen; sanitary practices.
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained and functional; repair when needed.
