You’ll ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen, serving as a role model for the team. As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll promote teamwork and a great customer experience, supervise station output, and help Crew meet goals every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow Chipotle policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong back-of-house and front-of-house team dynamic.
