Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and ensure the kitchen is clean, stocked, and safe.

You’ll work closely with back-of-house and front-of-house teams to deliver high-quality meals and great guest experiences. The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and safety with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized and well stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
