Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food preparation, grilling, and saut� vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, manage stock and equipment, and promote teamwork for an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes serving as a role model, maintaining a clean, well-stocked kitchen, and achieving station goals, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory, resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safe to use.
• Ensure there are no injuries or accidents in the kitchen.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation.
