Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders and ensure the kitchen is clean, stocked, and safe while maintaining top food quality for customers.

You will model teamwork, support back- and front-of-house staff, and contribute to a great guest experience through effective communication and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.
