Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn and oversee food preparation, grill meats, sauté vegetables, and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality, safety, stocking, and equipment maintenance while promoting teamwork and a great customer experience.

You will develop crew, communicate effectively with staff and customers, maintain cleanliness, follow MSDS & FIFO practices, and model Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location (English).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers effectively for great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well stocked; maintain equipment.
