Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to join our team in the United States. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while ordering food and training Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will help ensure quality and safety of our dishes, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, maintain equipment, and act as a role model for Crew members, promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures while preparing food to order.
• Maintain food quality and monitor inventory and waste.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Promote teamwork between back of house and front of house crews.
• Provide excellent customer service and throughput.
