Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader in Michigan to train and lead crew members in food preparation, quality control, and safety. You’ll ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, stock and clean operations, and coach teammates toward future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support strong team dynamics between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers for great service and throughput.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and properly stocked; maintain equipment.
