Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Grand Blanc, MI to learn and supervise food preparation, train Crew, and ensure delicious, safe meals. You will manage stocking, cleanliness, and equipment, while promoting teamwork and an excellent guest experience.

Primary responsibilities include enforcing quality standards, mentoring Crew, and upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Able to speak, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Has a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order, follow kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and properly stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to avoid injuries.
