Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Kitchen Leader to guide the kitchen team, ensure high-quality, freshly prepared foods, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. You will train Crew, manage prep and inventory, and promote a positive guest experience across shifts.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and leadership to develop future Kitchen Leaders while maintaining Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak/read/write the work location language.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order per kitchen procedures.
• Monitor waste and inventory; resolve quality issues promptly.
• Support strong back-of-house and front-of-house teamwork.
• Develop Crew members toward future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper equipment upkeep.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
