Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring delicious food and excellent customer service.

You will train Crew members, maintain a clean, stocked kitchen, and promote teamwork while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and waste, keeping food quality high.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house Crew to promote teamwork.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers for great service and throughput.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well organized.
• Maintain equipment and ensure repairs are addressed promptly.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
