Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures while cooking and prep per order.
• Maintain food quality by cooking to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste, resolve quality issues.
• Foster strong teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house Crews.
• Train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well-organized; ensure equipment is maintained.
