Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, while ensuring quality, safety, and stock levels in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will promote teamwork, uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, and help Crew members deliver exceptional customer experiences daily. This role emphasizes leadership growth and hands-on kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Monitor inventory and food safety procedures.
• Identify and resolve food quality or equipment issues.
