Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to guarantee delicious, safe food. You will order ingredients, train Crew toward future Kitchen Leaders, and uphold teamwork to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will drive food quality, safety, and efficiency daily while keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and well-maintained. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on coaching in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers for great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Monitor equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO inventory procedures.
