Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders while promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

You’ll ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen, serving as a role model to Crew members. The role emphasizes collaboration, throughput, and maintaining high standards daily.

Formación

• Have the ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Promote teamwork between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
