Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will ensure delicious food, manage orders, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

As a role model for teamwork, you’ll promote a great customer experience, help keep the kitchen safe and clean, and support the Crew to achieve station goals and throughput on busy shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Knowledge of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Ensure food quality and safety; monitor inventory and waste.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked; maintain equipment.
