Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring delicious meals and safety compliance. You will train Crew and keep the kitchen clean and stocked, maintaining equipment in good condition.

You will promote teamwork, support a great customer experience, and help Crew members develop into future Kitchen Leaders while meeting station goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to train others to become Kitchen Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
