Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to master food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring food quality and delicious results. You’ll order supplies and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization.

You’ll promote teamwork, help Crew members meet station goals, and contribute to a great customer experience on busy shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

• Preparing great food by cooking and prepping to order.
• Monitoring food waste and inventory; resolving food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Developing Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicating effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensuring kitchen is clean, sanitized, and equipment maintained.
• Ensuring safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Filling out MSDS and FIFO as needed.
